Delivery Service Options
At checkout you'll be able to choose a delivery service that are available in your area. Below are the delivery services we offer. Our delivery team will contact you to schedule delivery with a 5 hour window. An adult must be preset to receive order with a valid ID.
In-Home Delivery Only: Includes two-man service, Novo Home Furnishings & Decor delivery personnel will unload, place your items in the room of your choice. No assembly and no unpacking. Estimated Arrival 1-3 weeks
In-Home Delivery + Assembly: Includes two-man service, Novo Home Furnishings & Decor delivery personnel will unload, place your items in the room of your choice, remove the packaging and assemble the items. Estimated Arrival 1-3 weeks
In-Home Delivery + Light Assembly: Includes two-man service, Novo Home Furnishings & Decor delivery personnel will unload, place your items in the room of your choice, remove the packaging and lightly assemble the items up to 20 minutes. Estimated Arrival 2-3 weeks
Curbside Delivery: Includes a one-man service, Novo Home Furnishings & Decor delivery personnel will unload the items and place it on the nearest curb/sidewalk outside your home or main office of your apartment. Once it’s been dropped off, it’s yours! You may want to ask a family member or friend for an extra hand to move it. Estimated Arrival 2-3 weeks.
PLEASE NOTE: All In-Home Delivery options include 2 flights of stairs and 1 landing. Anything beyond that is subject to an extra charge. It is important to notify us when we contact you if this happens to be your case to provide you with an accurate delivery charge. Customer must be present during the scheduled delivery date & time window in order to avoid any additional delivery fees such as re-delivery, storage charges and/or return shipping costs. Person accepting delivery must be at least 18 years of age with a valid government issue photo ID. Failure to comply with verification will be consider as refuse of delivery, the merchandise will be returned to the warehouse, a service fee will be charged to the customer and if the customer chooses to reschedule, a secondary delivery fee may be applied. Any rescheduling deliveries must be done at least 2 business days prior to your scheduled delivery date to avoid a rescheduling fee.Our delivery team will email, call or text you in 3-10 business days to schedule the In-Home Delivery. A 5 hour time window will be provided that best works for you and a 30 minute courtesy call prior arrival. The area must be free and clear for the drivers to bring in the furniture items. Old furniture must be removed as we do not cart it away or move it. Drivers can carry your items up to the 2nd floor. For each additional floor, starting from the 3rd floor, there will be a Floor Delivery Fee. Estimated arrival is 1-3 weeks, depending on distance and your availability. Click here to learn more. Returns will only be accepted if the product is in its unused/new condition or if it has a manufacturer defect or if it arrived damaged. Products that have damages caused by the customer includes: scratches, assembly marks, water marks, or any other damage will not be eligible for a return.
Novo Home Furnishings & Decor will refund your item if for any reason you are not satisfied. All returns are allowed within (30) days from the order date. 20% restocking fee plus home pickup fee will be applied for any returned items. Items must be unopened, good, resalable condition, and in the original factory packaging the same way it was received. 35% restocking fee plus home pickup fee will be applied for any opened returned items but without the original factory packaging. Novo Home Furnishings & Decor reserves the right to refuse returns of items that are not in the condition it was received: Damage or misuse of customer. Novo Home Furnishings & Decor will schedule a pickup date with an estimated time window of 8 hours (1pm - 9pm) for the items you would like to return. We will pickup at the next available opportunity. Refund amount are made electronically back to the same payment method used to make the purchase. Refund process take usually 5-15 business days to complete.
*Mattresses and sofas are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable. We understand the importance about sanitary and health issues therefore, we do not restock any used mattresses and sofas back into our warehouse.
